Support the Director in driving strategy execution and managing day-to-day project operations. This role ensures effective coordination of timelines, resources budgets, and team deliverables to maintain high-quality and timely project implementation.
Assist in developing business plans, prospectuses, and funding proposals for FutureBARBADOS initiatives. Conduct market research, financial modeling, and strategic analysis to support investment strategies and innovation projects.
Tell the story of innovation. Amplify breakthrough research and foresight from the Discovery Team to spark interest in R&D and position FutureBARBADOS as a hub for bold ideas from the Global South.
Develop and manage a structured digital repository for research, reports, and project data. Implement metadata tagging and version control for organized access, working closely with the Discovery Team to document key insights.
Support the Discovery Team with research, data analysis, and report drafting. Assist in trend analysis, foresight research, and policy development to shape FutureBARBADOS’ innovation strategies.
Support health tech policy development by conducting regulatory research and drafting policy recommendations. Help shape a regional policy framework for digital health solutions through research, synthesis of key insights, and policy proposal drafting.
Support innovation framework implementation in climate resilience, health tech, and ocean innovation. Conduct policy research, assist in regulatory onboarding for startups, help draft guidelines, and coordinate innovation challenges and policy roundtables.
The Good Bank is a Barbados-based youth engagement platform that incentivizes volunteering, skill-building, and community impact. The Coordinator leads the coordination and execution of GoodBank activities, ensuring smooth operations across the platform. The Coordinator manages partnerships, oversees ambassadors and interns, supports user engagement, and tracks performance to ensure impact targets are met. This role acts as the central driver of implementation, aligning strategy with on-the-ground execution.
The Good Bank is a Barbados-based youth engagement platform that incentivizes volunteering, skill-building, and community impact. The Ambassador serves as a youth champion and visible voice of The GoodBank within their community and networks. Ambassadors actively promote the platform, drive sign-ups, encourage participation. They play a key role in peer-to-peer engagement and grassroots growth.
